Final Wrap Up [At the end--Thank you Dr. Harkey!]

Dear Dr. Harkey:

I was going to write you a Thank you note via Email, and then I thought it will be more like a surprise to post it on my blog.

So... Frankly speaking, I was always hoping to get out of the class so I don't have to do the time-consuming and demanding work anymore, but now I am really missing our class, especially during 4-5pm when we regularly meet.

I just heard the feedback you gave us. Thank you very much. We agree with every single one of the suggestions you provided. That must be a great amount of work to record for the groups for all 3 of your classes. We really appreciate your hard work!

I want to say that Eng1101 is unique from any other English classes I have ever taken. It is more than just "essays", I really learned how to think and generate ideas in the region I have never touched before--"Realness and Reality". You made us use new media to express our thoughts, such as Prezi, audio and video, and Pucha Kucha(really hope we had time to do it). I feel like I am exploring a brand new world of advanced technologies and I definitely need to use them when I make presentations in the future--I bet that would be eye-catching and breath-taking!

It is a shame that I wasn't able to select your English 1102, I am taking 21 credit hours next semester and it was so hard for me to choose the classes I want. But still, I will see you around and say hello to you! Good luck on grading our assignments. (I cannot imagine how hard will it be to read our 1000 words essays and grade them (plus the blog post) in just a couple of days. If you can do it, you are awesome!)

Thanks, one more time. You are one of the most wonderful teachers I have ever met!
